Registrations are validated manually, so they will be validated within our business hours. We recommend that you check your email in spam or junk mail in case you have been asked to register for activity to finish validating your account. . SHIPPING

As long as your order is placed before 14:00 p.m. on business day (understood as work from Monday to Friday that does not coincide with holidays) and do not carry within it any article in which a higher shipping date is indicated, your order will be sent on the same day, with delivery being made in the subsequent 24/48 hours. labor 

As indicated in the product sheet, your order will not be shipped until the estimated shipping date indicated on said garment.

No, our transport agencies do not ship on Saturdays, so orders are delivered from Monday to Friday.

Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with the locator of your shipment from SEUR. With said locator, you will be able to see where your order is located on the carrier's website. 

Once you have access to the catalogs and prices, you will see the shipping price on the "checkout" page once you have filled in the destination country and province information.

Please make sure that you have correctly indicated the country of destination and the province where your shipment is going.

Yes, you can pick it up, at the end of the purchase you will have the option to request the collection in our warehouse, once it has been confirmed that your order is ready to be picked up, you must send the label via WhatsApp

Yes, you can do it, at the end of the purchase select the option "I pick up my package in the warehouse" under "Pick up in warehouse", once your order is ready to be picked up we will notify you by email.
