What is label customization?
Personalization with a label consists of changing the fabric label that comes with the garment from the factory for that of your brand.
You simply have to send us the fabric labels of your brand and we will proceed to change the fabric label of the garment, unstitching the one that comes from the factory and sewing the one that you have sent us.
There is a minimum order to be able to customize the garments of my order
No, right now there is no minimum order, it is personalized from 1 garment.
Does personalization with labels delay shipping?
Yes, remember that label customization is a manual job where you have to unstitch and sew your label, so the shipment can be delayed from 2 to 5 business days depending on the volume of work.
In case you have selected the personalization of garments and you have not sent us the fabric labels of your brand, the business days will start counting from the day of receipt.
I have to send you the fabric labels or you can print them
We do not have a printing service, so you would have to send your fabric labels to our warehouse.
Can the internal manufacturing label also be modified?
No, the internal label where the composition and manufacturing details appear cannot be modified.
If it is a set, how many labels should I select?
If the garment you want to personalize is a set, you will have to select the number of pieces it has, that is:
2 piece set – 2 labels
3 Piece Sets – 3 Labels
And if it is a package, how many labels should I select?
You will have to select the labels according to the pieces that the package you have selected has, for example:
Package with 2 garments – 2 labels
Package with 10 garments – 10 labels
In case the package is a set, for example, of 2 pieces, the label section should be as follows:

What if I don't want to personalize the garment?
You will simply have to leave it blank and add the product to the basket without doing anything.
Do you have a cardboard label exchange service?
No, right now the personalization includes only the interior fabric label.
